SHIPPING POLICY
- We provide free shipping on all orders placed on Andune.in
- For all confirmed orders received, the order will be dispatched within 5 business days. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the time required by courier partner.
- Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, the same cannot be cancelled. If you wish to still continue with cancellation, you may refuse accepting delivery when the courier partner comes.
- If you accept the delivery and are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.
RETURN POLICY
- Within 7 days of receipt, only unused goods will be accepted for refund.
- SALE items are not returnable, refundable, or replaceable.
- Items available for returns (and refunds) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
- Shoes that have been worn outside do not qualify for exchange or return.
- The refund will only be processed after the order passes the Quality Check at our facility upon receipt.
- To raise a return request, please log-in to the website and raise a return request from ‘Request a Return/Exchange’ section.
REFUND POLICY
- In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement - you will be issued a full refund within 10 business days of cancellation of order.
- If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
- Andune team will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.
- We charge a reverse pickup/handling fee for all return orders. The reverse pickup/handling fee is chargeable at a minimum Rs. 249/- per order. The same will be deducted from your refund amount. Please place an exchange order to avoid the same.
- Once our team has initiated a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to appear in the customer's account within 10 business days, depending on your bank partner.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer one free exchange per order in case of sizing issues subject to availability.
- We accept products for exchange that are in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition within 7 days of the delivery date
- Shoes that have been worn outside do not qualify for exchange or return.
- Be sure to inspect the product before returning, and include the original packing materials, if possible.
- The exchange will only be processed once the order passes the Quality Check at our facility.
- To raise an exchange request, please log-in to the website and raise an exchange request from ‘Request a Return/Exchange’ section.
- Our team will reply with instructions on your provided email id.
- The exchange order will be dispatched within 10 business days of original order receipt at our facility.
COD POLICY
- If you opt to purchase items on COD, you must pay in cash at the time of delivery.
- Refunds for COD orders will only be sent to a bank account, not in cash.
- You must provide your bank account information via your registered email address; our customer service representative will validate your bank account information before processing your refund.
- It will take 10 business days for the refunds to appear in your account.
